This website is operated by Dr. Chitrakshi Tewari, a paediatrician offering online consultations for children and perinatal mothers across India ("we", "us", "our"). This policy applies to information collected through this website, our contact form, and the messages you send us about appointments and child-health queries.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide care:
- Details you provide through the contact form or WhatsApp: parent or guardian name, child's age, email address, mobile number, the reason for contact, and anything you choose to tell us about your child's health.
- Consultation information you share during an online consultation, which is treated as confidential medical information.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver consultations, provide follow-up guidance, and keep appropriate clinical records. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in providing the care you request. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this website, for example which guides are read most and which pages people arrive from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised. We use this information only to improve the website; we do not use it for advertising, and it is never linked to any consultation or medical information. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings; the website works fully without them.
Messaging and WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are delivered through WhatsApp's own platform and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to ours. Please avoid sharing sensitive details you are not comfortable sending over a third-party messaging service.
How we share information
We share your information only where necessary: with service providers who help operate the website and handle form submissions, such as our hosting and form provider; and, if you choose the Wellness 360 Plan, with the collaborating psychiatrist for joint care, with your knowledge. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by professional and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
Your rights
Subject to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, contact us at chitrakshite@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our services are arranged by parents and guardians. Information about a child is provided by, and discussed with, the responsible adult. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
